What we collect

• Your account details (name, email, phone)
• Details about the person receiving care that you choose to share with us
• Visit records and care notes
• Messages you send through the portal
• Payment records for card, PayPal, Zelle and bank transfer payments (we keep the payment record, not your full card number)
• Basic technical data (like browser and device information)

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We never post to your Google account or read anything else from it. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Location data for caregivers

For caregiver (employee) accounts only, we check location when a caregiver clocks in or out of a visit, to confirm the visit happened at the right place. Caregivers see and accept a notice about this before it applies to them. Clock-in locations are shown on maps provided by Mapbox. We do not track the location of families or clients.

How we use your information

We use your information to run bookings and visits, process payments, send you updates and receipts, and provide customer support.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the service, with:

• Stripe and PayPal, to process payments
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google
• Mapbox, to show maps for caregiver clock-in
• Our hosting provider
• Our email provider, to send booking, invoice and account emails

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account, visit and payment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting our office below.

How we protect it

We use encrypted connections, private storage, and limit access to staff who need it to do their job.

Children

Our child care bookings are made by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
