About these terms

These terms explain how you may use the Concierge by Nick website, booking flow and family or caregiver portal. By creating an account or booking a visit, you agree to them.

Our services

Concierge by Nick provides non-medical home care, companionship, family advocacy, home cleaning and child care to families in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. We do not provide clinical or medical care of any kind.

Your account

Please keep the details on your account accurate and keep your password private. We may turn off an account that misuses the service or puts a client or caregiver at risk. If you sign in with Google, how we handle the details Google shares with us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

A visit you request is not confirmed until our office confirms it. The cancellation window for a confirmed visit is shown in your portal before you book.

Payments

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We also accept Zelle and bank transfer; these are marked paid once we receive them. We never see or store your full card number.

Recurring care plans

If you set up a recurring care plan, we charge your saved payment method automatically on the plan's schedule until the plan is cancelled. You can cancel from your client portal or by contacting our office. Visits that already happened are still billed.

Caregiver visits

Caregivers provide the non-medical services listed on your booking. They cannot provide medical care, administer medication beyond what is agreed with our office, or act outside the scope of the visit you booked.

Acceptable use

Please use the website and portal honestly and respectfully. Do not attempt to access another family's or caregiver's information, or interfere with the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new "Last updated" date above when we do.
